Dr. Cesar Velilla, known globally as Dr. Lipo, is one of the most experienced and respected names in cosmetic surgery. As the Founder and Medical Director of Evolution MD, Dr. Velilla has performed over 40,000 body contouring procedures during his more than 20-year career—making him one of the most prolific liposuction surgeons in the United States.
He earned his medical degree in Colombia, completed his Internal Medicine residency in Chicago, and later trained in General and Plastic Surgery at Universidade Brasil in São Paulo, graduating at the top of his class. His unique background in internal medicine, surgery, and aesthetics gives him a deep understanding of both the art and science behind cosmetic procedures.

courses.
Committed to staying at the forefront of modern medicine, Dr. Velilla also completed a three-
course executive certification in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Harvard
