Dr. Cesar Velilla, known globally as Dr. Lipo, is one of the most experienced and respected names in cosmetic surgery. As the Founder and Medical Director of Evolution MD, Dr. Velilla has performed over 40,000 body contouring procedures during his more than 20-year career—making him one of the most prolific liposuction surgeons in the United States.
He earned his medical degree in Colombia, completed his Internal Medicine residency in Chicago, and later trained in General and Plastic Surgery at Universidade Brasil in São Paulo, graduating at the top of his class.
