DR. CESAR VELILLA (DOCTOR LIPO)
Dr. Cesar Velilla – “Dr. Lipo” is the Founder and Medical Director of Evolution MD and one of the top authorities in liposuction surgery in the U.S. Known worldwide as Dr. Lipo, he has performed more than 40,000 procedures and developed signature techniques such as V-SLIMSCULPTURE™ and WASP WAIST® for advanced body sculpting. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Velilla has trained internationally in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Velilla is widely published in The American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery and has contributed to leading textbooks in the field. He is a frequent lecturer at international conferences, presenting research on fat transfer safety, liposuction innovations, and postoperative protocols. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Cosmetic Surgeons in the U.S., he has received multiple honors including America’s Top Doctor and the Patient’s Choice Award.
Committed to advancing cosmetic surgery, Dr. Velilla is board-certified by the International Board of Cosmetic Surgery and a member of leading global societies including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons. As an educator, he has trained over 100 doctors worldwide and serves as a professor at Universidade Brasil and Remington University in Colombia. He continues to innovate by integrating AI in healthcare to enhance safety and surgical outcomes.
DR. JOSE ZAYAS
Dr. Jose Zayas is a highly sought-after cosmetic surgeon known for his advanced medical skills and extensive training. He is recognized for conducting thorough consultations before proceeding with surgery to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Dr. Zayas specializes in Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction, Tummy Tuck, Body Contouring, Fat Transfer, Facelift, and Rhinoplasty. When performing rhinoplasty, he focuses on refining and enhancing the nose rather than reshaping it entirely. With over 38 years of surgical experience, Dr. Zayas has built a reputation for achieving excellent results for his patients.
Dr. Zayas completed his general surgery residency at Calixto Garcia Hospital in 1976 in Havana, Cuba. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, board-certified by the American Board of Abdominal Surgery, and a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Medical Societies of Abdominal Surgeons and is an associate member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
